UL Hospitals Group

Brief

UL Hospitals Group comprises six clinical sites in the Mid-West region, which were brought together in 2015 to combine expertise, resources and learning, under the auspices of the University of Limerick. While they had developed a brand mark internally, the Group asked us to refine the identity, defining the brand ‘voice’ and put in place a set of brand resources and guidelines. The many diverse areas of operation within the group required a cogent narrative and a distinctive presence that felt approachable and open – to staff and patients alike. We have subsequently worked closely with the Group on their communications, particularly around the crucial area of recruitment.
